a lovely stay
good breakfast helpful staff great location
the breakfast was really good. i was able to visit most of the sights by walking 10-20 min. the staff was very helpful. its modern feel was also very cute. it had a great location in the centre of the city.
no parking was available. we knew this, however you can't even stop outside the hotel to drop the bags off. this made arrival difficult.

I found the location amazing. The staff were very friendly. The double or twin room was clean. I appreciated the great breakfast with varied options.
The gym is small, so it can get crowded during peak hours.

helpful staff tasteful decor excellent location
I appreciated the helpful staff. They quickly addressed my inquiries and requests, the staff were very polite. The room decor was tasteful. I found the furnishings quite pleasing and well kept. The location was excellent. I could easily access many shops and attractions.
The minibar prices seemed a little HIGHER than average.

The hotel offers an excellent restaurant and bar. Both presented high-quality meals, so we ate often in the restaurant and bar. The bar staff were very helpful and friendly, and i enjoyed their service. I was very grateful for the experience.

Acceptable Stay with Cooling Issues
malfunctioning cooling system no room availability
The hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and public transportation.
The cooling system barely worked in the family room. The room felt hotter than the hallway. I reported this to the reception, and multiple staff members attempted to fix it (unsuccessfully), but I got no refund or offered another room. It was not a good experience, especially considering the price.
